How We Screen
Agencies send bodies. We send workers who've been verified for eligibility, background, skills, attendance, and the specific demands of your shift and site. Here's exactly what every candidate goes through before placement.
01
I-9 verification and E-Verify on every hire. We confirm the right to work before a candidate is ever sent to your site.
02
Criminal background screening scaled to the role and site requirements β county, state, and national checks where appropriate.
03
Pre-placement drug testing, with panel and cadence matched to safety-sensitive and DOT-regulated roles when required.
04
Role-specific skills are verified β hands-on or demonstrated β not taken from a resume. A machine operator is tested on the equipment; an assembler on the work.
05
We verify attendance history and check references with prior employers. No-show history is the #1 predictor of whether a placement sticks, so we screen for it directly.
06
We verify current certifications β forklift, OSHA, and IPC-A-610 / IPC-620 / J-STD-001 for electronics. For electronics roles, our in-house IPC trainers can certify candidates before placement.
07
We match each candidate to the actual shift, environment, and commute β so the person who shows up on day one is one who can realistically stay.
Each placed worker is a Pro-Tech W-2 employee. We carry the payroll, workers' compensation, and employment compliance β so the screening, the paperwork, and the liability stay on our side.
Tell us the role and shift. We'll send candidates who've cleared every step above.
